Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
A recent diagnosis of food allergies has forced me to make major changes in my lifestyle. With a few exceptions (avocado, figs, onions and eggs), eating a predominately vegetarian/vegan way has improved my overall health.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I travel for a living, so the HappyCow app has made my life so much easier! I learned about the app before I discovered the website. So much wonderful information.
