More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I can't eat meat any more. I began to feel guilty eating it, especially when I thought about where it came from. The more I began to find out about vegetarianism, the more it made sense!
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Just discovered it by chance!
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Prague, the first place I went away to with my girlfriend. I also love Berlin, which is easily the most friendly city I've visited. The most awesome place I've ever seen is the Taj Mahal, I could have sat for hours staring at it! One day, I'd like to go to South-East Asia and visit Angkor Wat in Cambodia and spend a few weeks in Bangkok.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
My fiance cooks some great Indian food, her Sag Paneer is something else! I also have a bit of an addiction to Taifun tofu sausages.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
I don't get to read a lot of novels any more. All my spare time reading has to be spent with history books. But a few books I've read that had a big impact on me at the time are Douglas Adams' Hitchhiker's series which changed the way I saw the world when I was 18 and Yes Man by Danny Wallace changed my outlook on life and made me say yes a lot more!
