Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Don't need a reason to be vegan. Rather those who aren't should struggle to find a reason not to be vegan. After seeing the health benefits, how easy it is to be vegan and the way animals are treated, what kind of ignorant monster wouldn't want to be vegan.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I've visited Jerusalem which was eye opening. I've been a lot of places as a vegan, but I have to say one of the easiest places to be vegan I've found, is Berlin, Germany. I'd love to see the whole world, but especially Japan, India, Bhutan, Thailand, New Zealand and China.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Tofu Katsu Curry!!! Also you've got to love a good vegan fajita!
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
Tao de Ching, Kojiki, Tsukuru Takazaki and his years of pilgrimage and the manga Mushishi!
