More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I love being vegan. I love eating healthy plant-based foods! I also became vegan, though, because the meat/dairy/animal-product industry is so corrupted and wrong. There's a better way to do this...unusual cruelty and the desire for a larger and larger profit is pretty sickening. The production of animal-related food products is not healthy. It's all to make money. There is no respect in the food industry anymore. I'm sticking to the farms.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

It's nice and convenient to have a database for veg-friendly places, especially because I travel often. I love to eat and travel, so I found HappyCow and joined the community!

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

My top three favorite cities are: New York, San Francisco, and Nashville. I've been all over the U.S. I'd love to visit London, Edinburgh, Venice, Seoul, Wellington, Madrid, anywhere!!!!!!!

I love broccoli in almost any form! I also enjoy vegetable stir-fries of all sorts, quinoa, kale, cauliflower "risotto", lentil curry, fruit smoothies, banana pancakes, and bunch of other great things :)
