I'm a naturopathic doctor, author of "The Period Literacy Handbook", and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with a focus on reproductive and hormone health, (PCOS, fertility, perimenopause, PMDD, period pain, endometriosis). I'm teach clinicians and the the public on topics pertaining to hormone health. I run a hybrid practice with in-person locations in the Newmarket/East Gwillimbury and Innisfil/Barrie areas. I want menstruators to live their lives as fully as possible with a solid understanding of their bodies. I've been vegan for over 17 years and help patients add more plants to their lives. I love travelling to places to explore nature and eat good vegan food with my husband. I have 2 dogs, play alto sax with my local community band, have been on the BoD for the Toronto Vegetarian Association (now VegTO), and love spending time in nature.
