More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Health and also religious dietary laws (kashrut) can be quite easily observed by eating vegan and vegetarian. Due to health reasons, I minimize eggs and cheese, which means pretty much a vegan diet. I also avoid heavily processed foods, I eat whole grains, and similar requirements, which are often easier to find in vegan or vegetarian restaurants and health food stores.

To find vegan and vegetarian restaurants and to contribute my opinions in return.
