Our food embraces local produce, pairing the flavors of Artist/Chef's Cai's childhood with fresh food from Vermont farms. The kitchen is our studio! Ingredients are the mediums to create ARTasFOODasART that is abundant, nourishing and feels like home. Cai’s Dim Sum Catering has grown into a staple of the Southern Vermont culinary community. We are finding ways to re-connect back to the roots of local cuisine.
