More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
It's a natural inclination, Fool proof recipes, better digestion, energy, environment improves, improved living for animals translates into better living for everyone.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Just want to be part of something big.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I've been to Germany, beautiful country! Would like to live somewhere tropical or perhaps sub-tropical.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Mangoes, bananas, dragon-fruit, goji berries (someday fresh ones; til then Heaven Mountain Goji berries will do quite well!), persimmons, dates, all types of berries, Korean melon, limes, lemons, oranges, and any other fruit I've yet to try! Vegetables: Sugar snap peas (good for dipping), kale chips (salt levels can be annoying though), sprouts (all kinds), zucchini, avocadoes (fruit but goes so well with vegetables), baby bok choy, kale (all varieties), peppers (bell and spicy), and wild varieties!
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
Taoist classics (Tao Teh Ching, Chuang-tzu, Lieh-tzu), Earthlings (documentary), Cave of Forgotten Dreams (documentary).
