Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I find that the vegetarian diet keeps my weight down,lowers my blood sugar, and generally gives me more energy over a 24 hour period.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I have been to the Northen tip of Maine:loved it!I have also spent summers on Cape Cod Mass. love that too.I always wanted to check out Vermont.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
I love hummus,guacamole,cucumbers,tomatoes,carrots,spinach,tofu.
