I love exploring different cuisines and diets which use a variety of ingredients and carry out wonderful cultural backgrounds. Moderation and respect in intakes are the key. My aim is to get to know the sauces, processes, origins, etc. so that I'm participating in kindness in consumption and sharing the knowledge as well as much as I can although it's impossible to know everything accurately in this fleeting world.
