Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
got really tired of the way i was eating and how i felt after eating unhealthy foods. i needed a change, did some reserch and decided to try veganisum. it seemed like the way to go. better for you, enviroment, and animals
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
trying to find people to talk to about being vegan for support. and learn how to eat healthy

for quick 30 min vegan meals i recommend quick fix vegan. also if you like to juice get the big book of 1000 juices
