- Instead, can I recommend you get the book "Skinny Bitch" to read and then pass on to your meat-eating friends! It only takes about two hours to read and gives a lot of bang for your time and cash invesment. I don't think I agree with eating soy like they recommend, but can't fault the rest of it.
