- I was a non-meat vegetarian for over 15 years. I ate the occassional piece of fish and dairy over that time. In Nov 2008 I became Vegan and will never have a regret. What I'm doing is better for the planet, my health (including my slender strong body), the animals and my spirit. I feel wonderful!
