More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
It began as "health" reasons about a year and a half ago after omitting red meat out of my diet a year prior. As I advanced, I read up on everything more and realize how much I was helping the environment by partaking in a vegan diet. It is the best form of activism one can take part in. It also helps the animals, of course :)
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I am very active in the vegan community, and I've visited more than a few places listed on this site. I feel like I should do a bit of reviewing myself!
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I lived in San Francisco for about 6 months. I can't say I hated it :)
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Curry! Nutritional Yeast! Tempeh!
