Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Animal products are not necessary for a healthy lifestyle. I became a vegetarian in 1981 and fully vegan in 2000.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
To get reviews and information on good vegan places to eat across the globe.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Love Amsterdam especially and the Netherlands in general. I have been to various cities/towns in Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Belgium,Netherlands, Switzerland and Spain.most of these were as a merch guy for a couple of rock bands back in the mid 90's. I want to go back to Barcelona and Berlin and check them out properly, I would also like to see more of Eastern Europe. I hope to go back to Goa for another holiday in the next 5 years as it was beautiful and the food was really good!

I love Indian food, mainly South Indian cuisine. Can't get enough of salads!
