Sustainability
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
It's hard to find restaurants that have vegan options. I want to both get information as well as be a resource for the restaurants I visit.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Hawaii, especially Maui is always very nice. Living in Iowa makes me grateful for all the fresh fruit there. Not sure.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Lentils, falafel, hot and sour soup, pineapple, and soy milk.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
Cowspiracy.
