Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
To end needless animal suffering, promote eco-friendly sustainable agriculture through support of organic farming, and to give local organic farmers my business rather than trucking in wilted produce from thousands of miles away. And the awesome natural health benefits!

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I've lived in five countries: Spain (twice), Canada (Quebec), Taiwan, Japan (twice), and United States. Have visited France and Italy; next up, would love to spend several weeks exploring Croatia.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Unsweetened almond milk, cashew butter (in moderation!), dried unsulphured fruits, organic oats, fresh fruit, brown jasmine rice
