Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Fave restaurants in LA are Real Food Daily (LA location near Beverly Center), Cru in Echo Park, chomping assorted yumminess at Whole Foods. Fave restaurants in Oklahoma are Zorba's--best falafel, The Earth Cafe's Tempeh-Lettuce-Tomato sandwich, and for the best veggie Indian food, go to Misal of India, your tastebuds will thank you! Fave restaurants in Seattle are Cedar (best naan and coconut curry), Flowers' lunch buffet (drool!), and Chaco Canyon, I still dream about the raw chocolate pie.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
I love to cook vegan dishes, my best are enchiladas with zuchinni and corn, calavasitas (mexican squash dish), banana pancakes, pecan maple french toast, winter harvest(alfredo/pesto) and regular(marinara) lasagnes, blueberry scones with strawberries as a short cake, upside down cranberry-orange cake, and I make the best hummus, seriously. My raw specialties include a variety of wraps and "raviolis".
