More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

To try to do the most amount of good with the least amount of harm! :-) For the animals, the environment and health.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

To find new, fun, vegan (and vegan friendly) restaurants/businesses, write reviews and get more veggie info.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

Love Hawaii (Paradise Lost on the North Shore of Oahu was great!), plan to go to The Lodge in Grenada and want to go to Europe.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

Indian, Ethiopian, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Mexican, American...(probably in that order), you get the idea... Tasty vegan yum-yums! :-)

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:

VegNews is a great source for veggie info, in the Seattle area, VegSeattle and of course, HappyCow! :-)
