Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
because I Vegan. Corpes and animal stuff isn't "food' to me. It definitely doesn't feed my belly... or my soul.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I love food and it's great to be able to find places to eat cruelty free food.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
thanks to happy Cow I am able to enjoy so many more places when I travel! I love Barcelona...a beautiful city and great places to eat. America is fantastic, incredible veggie places...all over. My faves have to be Red Bamboo (New york) Cafe Sunflower, Atlanta & Soul Vegetarian Chicago & Atlanta. For cakes it's Chicago Diner! But there are also so many more places!
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Beans & rice, that's my comfort! Anything spicy! Raw lasagne, raw/ sunflower seed burger. Kale/ spinach/ broccoli, Mushrooms, mushrooms, mushrooms.... Mango, avocado, raspberries, pineapples, coconut... I love fruit & veg. Especially tropical.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
Animal Farm, George Orwell.
