Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Ethical vegan for over 10 years, now eating a mostly whole foods diet. Veganism is just a logical extension of a social justice framework that affords everyone the right to be free and make their own decisions. You can't be a feminist if you eat dairy.
