More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Health: I find veg diet being ecologically, ethically, environmentally, physically, politically ... the healthiest and best !
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I want to be part of veg community, be social, make friends, spread the good lifestyle, help others, get help from others.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I like South-East Asia very much: Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam. Also I like Eastern Europe: former Yugoslavia area for example. In 2014 I am going to Spain and Portugal.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Rice and stir fired or steamed vegetables, tofu, mushrooms. Vietnamese vegan food is good.
