More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I am an ethical vegan because I've seen the horrific cruelty involved in meat, egg, and milk production. I've been vegetarian for 22 years and vegan for 10 years and have never looked back.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
To help draw attention to restaurants that cater to veggies. They need support and I'm here to give it.

Anything made with wine! I make a delicious seitan bourguignon. I could eat that all day and finish it up with some vegan turtle cheesecake.
