I love tasty and authentic foods, which means the foods without chemical and additives. It's so hard to get authentic foods here because so many food additives are used for foods in Japan. That's why I run a natural food store. And also I have Japanese basic cooking class for local people to keep Japanese food traditions such as "Ｍiso making","Umeboshi(pickled plum) making" .
