More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I became a vegetarian mostly because of spirituality and ethics. I had the realization a long time ago that we don't need to kill animals b/c grains, plants, nuts, seeds, and legumes gave us all the nutrition we need. On top of that, we have access to natural supplements like vitamin D and iron if we feel we need more.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

I want to find more vegan restaurants around my area and also want to connect with other vegetarian people.
