Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I chose to be vegetarian because I'm disturbed by the meat processing conditions in our country, the damage that process is doing to our environment, and the damage I feel meat could do to my overall health.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
The opportunity to more easily locate vegetarian-friendly establishment where ever I am visiting or living.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I dream of the day we can move back to Southern California. I miss it. I hope to have an opportunity to live in Europe during our time with the military.
