I'm an entrepreneur from the Netherlands with a few cool places in Zwolle. A beach bar, the best inclusive cafe for drinks and dancing and this year I opened a new restaurant Taboe with my best friend Jabe. We do serve meat but very little of it and are menu is 50/50 vegan. So I'm still learning a lot!
