Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

Because it makes sense to me! I do it for the environment, for the animals, and because it makes me feel healthier.

Any and all of Colleen Patrick-Goudreau's work (especially her podcasts!), Slaughterhouse by Gail A. Eisnitz, Vegan Freak by Bob Torres, Becoming Vegan by Brenda Davis, Food Politics by Marion Nestle, Mad Cowboy by Howard F. Lyman.... I probably need to read more but that's a pretty good start!
