Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I feel better. I sleep better, and my clothes fit better when I eat vegetarian.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I like hanging out with like-minded people.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Loved Northern California, the Yorkshire Dales in England, traveling up to Cape Breton in Nova Scotia, and all the National Parks I've been to including Glacier, Acadia, Yellowstone, Yosemite, and Theodore Roosevelt.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Any greens. And all fruit!
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
Vegetarian Times is a good read, and I live Sauver. Though they do meat, they also do articles on many different countries and cultures where meat is not a mainstay to the diet.
