More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

Ethics. With thousands of yummy products to choose from in areas with large grocery stores, there is now little to no good reason to choose flesh products instead. You can add Health and lots of other reasons too. Before becoming a Veggie, I used to eat semi-kosher.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

I know what some food that were not Veggie tasted like typically, so I figured I could help meat-eaters find decent selections. Because some Comments somewhere might not have been correct. :-D

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

Blue skies. Not too hot. Would love to travel more.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

Szechuan eggplant at several restaurants. At Tasters Wok (Lynnwood), the sauce covers deep-fried breaded eggplant that seriously one might not even know is eggplant. A friend of mine who said she didn't like eggplant loved it I love both many different ethnic cuisines and American choices. I have found only a few flesh-substitutes that I like, and don't usually care for tofu.

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
