More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Vegan food is huge factor in maintaining good health. Lots of energy during the day, restful sleep. No heaviness after eating. Showing respect to the Giver of life.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Keeping up to date about places to shop and eat. Sharing my positive experience with other like minded persons.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Homemade oats muesli with raising and nuts. Cold lentil salad with vegetables, raw garlic, turmeric and other spices. West African ground nut soup with yams and ginger.
