More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

Vegan food is huge factor in maintaining good health. Lots of energy during the day, restful sleep. No heaviness after eating. Showing respect to the Giver of life.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

Keeping up to date about places to shop and eat. Sharing my positive experience with other like minded persons.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

My number 1 in San Diego: Ocean Beach Coop Deli. My number 1 in Madrid: Eco Centro Deli. My number one in Budapest: Napfényes Étterem My number one vegan B&S, Biert, France I would like to visit: Millenniun Vegan Restaurant in San Francisco

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

Homemade oats muesli with raising and nuts. Cold lentil salad with vegetables, raw garlic, turmeric and other spices. West African ground nut soup with yams and ginger.

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:

Movies: Food Inc., Forks over knives. Recipe book: How it all vegan. Books Educational: The China Study and Becoming Vegan.
