Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I was born in Vegetarian family in India and have grown up in Canada with much struggle (being Vegetarian) in the 70's with very limited choices for non meat options.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Learn and share, help create capacity and better understanding about healthy living and options to explore.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Recently been to China, India and Mexico in the last one year and would like to travel to Latin and South America.
