More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Animals. Environment. Health. "Just because you can't do everything doesn't mean you should do nothing." (Colleen Patrick-Goudreau) This is me trying to do something.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Started transitioning from a non-vegetarian diet/mindset. Initially I found it hard to be vegan in KL, Malaysia (very little vegan cheese to be found!). The happy cow app is so useful. I am so grateful to everyone who has helped build the knowledge base for this area - excited to be able to contribute!
