More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I became vegan to support my partner in her journey. She happens to be an extraordinary chef, which made my giving up meat and eating more vegetables pretty painless. Since becoming vegan, I continue this lifestyle because I believe it is the best thing I can do for myself, the animals and the environment.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Happy Cow makes it so easy to find places to eat and shop when I'm travelling and close to home.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I love NYC because there are so many vegan places to eat!!! I've been to California before, but I would like to go again now that I'm vegan to checkout the food scene. I would love to visit Greece and France.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
I LOVE mushrooms. There are so many varieties and you can do so many amazing things with them. Nutritional Yeast - who knew?
