I've been looking up "Happy Cow _____" for years every time I visit a new city - sometimes even to help me decide on a city.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
In the US I like Asheville, Costa Mesa and Knoxville for food - I'd love to go to China or Shri Lanka
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Peanut Pineapple Stew, Vegan Dad's Sausages, Cashew Loaf, Vegan Canneloni(tofu, Tofutti and french onion soup mix), Vegan sausage and biscuit, fried okra, pizza, fried dried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans
