My desire to incorporate new concepts to vegan cuisine has gained momentum and continues to flourish in my kitchen. This native New Yorker spent wonderful months in Europe. I learned the pleasures of dining with Italians and relaxing for hours while eating. I am changed by this, forever. Packaged foods being delivered without interaction, seems like a distant and albeit successful memory. This time around, for me, there will be no rushing. There will be no enormous pots that can accommodate enough for 100 servings. This concept of a pop-up restaurant, has me so excited. Small intimate dinner party's are my ideal social setting. My kitchen is now a tasting kitchen in a beautiful and intimate setting, my home. The actual location should be ready in 2-3 months, until then lets create some wonderful menus together.
