Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
At first it was all about my health, but then as I learned more I could not contribute to the suffering. So I have become adamantly anti-cruelty. We were engineered originally to operate at peak efficiency on a vegan diet.(Genesis 1:29) To ingest meat is tantamount to putting diesel in a gasoline engine.
