Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Grew up in a traditional Marwari Indian family and have been a vegetarian all my life. I've tried on more than one occasion to eat some meat but after watching this, no more. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4-i8XjAc7_w Whether this video is true or not is up to you to decide.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I had to travel to Seoul for a project and heard from most people finding vegetarian food in South Korea will be some task. But then I found HappyCow and it has helped me immensely. So joined HappyCow to put in my two cents so I could help others out.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Lots of them.... Guacamole, Letisiya's (A friend's wife) Fried Tacos with Serrano Pepper Salsa, Hummus and Falafel, Pad Thai, Yesemir wot (Ethiopian), Eggplant Parmesian and of course Indian Curries
