Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I have been vegan for 15 years and was brought up vegetarian. I am vegan for ethical reasons first, but I also love the health benefits!

Avocado, banana nice-cream, vegan pizza, delicious salads, grits and greens and beans (I live in the south now!), soups and stews
