Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Humans can get everything that they need in their diet without hurting animals. I became vegetarian when I started to practice Vipassana meditation (as taught by S N Goenka) and became vegan 10 years later (about 2008).
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Happy cow is wonderful for finding restaurants at home and when we travel.
