More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

Logic, common sense. I could say I love animals, but I'm not the kind of person who likes having pets. I just like to see them free and happy. Also my stomach feels much happier when I just eat plain raw vegan food.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

Sometimes it is hard to find a vegetarian restaurant, specially when traveling. And I like to go to vegetarian restaurants and bring my friends and family with me.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

I've been from the Arctic Ocean to Chile by land. So that is North America, Central America and some of South America. And India. I would like to visit Africa, some of Europe and Asia, and the Antartic some day.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

Peruvian vegetarian food. Asian vegetarian food. Raw simple vegan food (no gourmet style). Oranges, bananas, coconut juice, surtido (mixed fruits and veggies smoothie)

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:

Raw eating by AT Hovanessian Eating in the Raw by Carol Alt (not vegetarian) Cellular cleansing made easy by Scott Ohlgren Documentary A CARNE É FRACA instituto NINA ROSA (portuguese) Documentary THE BEAUTIFUL TRUTH
