Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Good for me, Good for the Animal, Good for the Planet. For 40 years people asked me "Why are you a vegetarian?" I realized they wanted to know if was for me or the animal. Now I just respond with "All Three Reasons" then let them ask what they are.
