Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
11/10 would recommend the beautiful Chiang Mai in Thailand for veggie treats, there's a veg restaurant on every street ^.^
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Coconut & Avocado (I'm a poor vegan who thinks she's rich when it comes to fruit shopping).
