Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Animals are sentient beings and deserve to be treated with love and kindness. Also meat and dairy based diet is disgusting and unhealthy.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Olives, potatoes, broccoli, tomatoes, squash, all berries, bananas, melons, apples, hazelnuts, pistachios, pine nuts and coconuts. Bread, Veg sushi, Indian, Chinese, Thai and Lebanese food. hummus and pitta bread, salads, bruschetta, risotto, spaghetti, soya, tofu soups, stews...
