Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
It all started when I realized that milk was affecting my health. Giving up dairy was very difficult for me and I started reading anti-dairy articles which were almost always written by the vegan community. After I gave up dairy for health reasons, it was a breeze giving up meat, honey and other animal products.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I LOVE veggie cafes and their delicious food! Finding out about new cafes and reviewing the ones I've been to is great fun.
