I come from a die-hard omnivore family with emphasis on meat. I like meat. Consequently, meat doesn't like me. I first tried the lacto-ovo vegetarian diet a couple of months ago just to try it and clean out my colon. I decided I liked it but couldn't really get my act together to keep it going. Now I've started it up again and this time I'm sharing my experience with my meat-eating friends and relatives. I have also been debunking common stereotypical views that I know they hold about vegetarians. I am not apposed to hunting nor do I force my family to participate in my diet.
