More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

Short and simple: As a child growing up, I adored my sister and would always look up to her. We both loved animals, and she was always doing what she could to help out sick, lost, injured, or stray animals. She wanted so much to become a veterinarian, and so it was obvious that it would make know sense to help SOME animals while eating others. It would be simple discrimination. So she went vegetarian, and I closely followed suit. As I grew older, I learned more as to why I too was vegetarian. I learnt more about all the cruel and horrific injustices that they go through, and so I knew that I had made the right decision. But, being unable to do anything 'half-assed,' I soon went VEGAN, knowing that I would be able to prevent any and all injustices to animals through my compassionate life style.

Anything my super mum makes for me =) She is a master chef (in my eyes) and has willingly gone with me from the bowels of the meat locker to the ends of the soy fields. Thank you mom!!
