More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I've always been moved and disgusted by dead animals in the family kitchen. As soon as I lived on my own I became a vegetarian. It's been 9 years and I've never had regrets. I don't buy eggs or cow milk anymore, and I'm making my way slowly to veganism. I feel true to my values this way.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

I know Happy Cow for years but it became a real life-saver to me during my stay in Japan. In Osaka it was a nightmare to find a place where there was no fish or meat or seafood... I discovered many wonderful restaurants and people thanks to the mobile app. Thank you so much for this.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

Japan is the latest and greatest trip I've ever been on. For the next place we are considering going to San Francisco or New York. But we will go back to Japan one day for sure !

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

I loooove autumn and I can't get enough pumpkins, hokkaido squashes, sweet potatoes and chestnuts. I'm also into gingerbread, christmas cookies and cinnamon rolls. As a true french girl I also have an addiction problem with bread.

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:

My vege/vegan bibles are in french... but I'm a great blog reader, I love Minimalist baker, My new roots...
