More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

Good for the Animals - Good for the Environment - Good for You. The only truly sustainable option.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

Even though I've been using Happy Cow for years - I decided to join so I could add some locations in my area. It's important to keep the veg options known and updated for all of us.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

I love anywhere where people live naturally and enjoy community. Though I understood the fascination with the bright city lights - There are the stars!

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

I'm a lover of all those traditional American foods - Vegan Style!! Vegan Meats, Vegan Cheeses, Vegan Ice Cream, Vegan Cakes, Scrambles, Pizzas and .....

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:

I think everyone should have a copy of Healing With Whole Foods, as well as a good Gardening Guide for your local area.
