- You know what? IN JAPAN, you can hardly live as a vegetarian. EVERYBODY EATS MEAT and they believe its healthy. even the international airports don't have vegetarian menu. **************** !!ATTENTION!! many JAPANESE FOOD is COOKED WITH FISH (dried bonito) for the soup stock. miso soup, tempura's sauce, soup for noodles too! **************** I love animals so I can't eat them or use their fur but I still eat fish. **************** I was born in 1982 in Japan and I've grown up in Japan. Japanese vegetarian is rare!! :P
